Chief Justice of the Union U Htun Htun Oo received Ms. Irum Ahsan, Senior Counsel, Asian Development Bank (ADB) Consultation Mission at 09:30 in the Meeting Hall of the Supreme Court of the Union.
In the meeting, they cordially discussed on preparatory works for successfully hosting the “Asia-Pacific Judicial Conference on Environmental and Climate Change Adjudication” which will be organized by the Supreme Court of the Union and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in November, 2018 at Nay Pyi Taw.
Also present at the courtesy call were ADB Myanmar Country Director Mr. Newin Sinsiri, members of the Consultation Mission Ms. Ma Celeste Grace A. Saniel-Gois, Ms. Maria Celilia Sicangco, Mr. Gregorio Rafael P. Bueta, Environmental Law Specialist of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) Ms. Emeline Pluchon, and the Justices of the Supreme Court of the Union U Myint Aung, U Aung Zaw Thein, U Mya Han, U Soe Naing, Director Generals of the Union Supreme Court U Ko Ko Naing and Daw Tin Nwe Soe, Deputy Director Generals, and officials concerned of the Supreme Court of the Union.
