The BCA Skylab and Academic Tower at BCA Academy

Prof. Koh Kheng Lian highlighted the Singapore Building and Construction Authority's Skylab, the world’s first high-rise rotatable laboratory for the tropics. This facility simulates a unit of a typical high-rise building, allowing tests to be carried out in real-world conditions. The Skylab can be rotated at any direction to allow energy impact to be measured for various building orientations.

This video was presented during the Third Asian Judges Symposium on Law, Policy and Climate Change, held on 26-27 September, at the Asian Development Bank Headquarters in Manila.
